Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee sales, fitness, memberships, and operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing club performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of fitness industry trends to effectively meet membership sales and revenue goals while fostering a high-performing team environment.
Duties
- Hire, supervise and lead General Managers to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales management strategies to enhance performance across the region.
- Monitor inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide training and support to staff on retail sales techniques, phone etiquette, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all locations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
Qualifications
- Previous multiunit fitness club management experience, preferably in the low cost, high value model.
- Strong sales and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including fluency with Microsoft Excel and a CRM software program.
- A proven revenue driver in the fitness industry.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through effective leadership and operational excellence.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
